	MVC / Template Toolkit
	Requires project plan for schemas, workflows, application flaws.
		Schemas to describe each of these.
	Allows flowchart --> xml description language, describing actions, branch points, etc.  An 'xpathlike' language.  
	provides for user viewing of status of any request
	Needs some cleanup of grammar, still awaiting revision management
	Does include inheritance.
	Some modules coming out, including a repo toolkit.
